Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges may be available as outlined in our Purchase Policy.

Refunds

Generally, tickets and reservations made thorugh One Place Events are non-refundable except in certain circumstances outlined below. Refunds may also be offered by organizing venues, promoters, event organizers or others outside of our own policy, but we have no control over those policies and encourage our customers to research third-party refund policies in advance.

Exchanges

If you see seats you prefer that are the same price or higher for your event, we may be able to process an exchange for the tickets you have if you pay the difference, if any. We reserve the right to process exchanges at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis according to our capability and arrangements with ticket sellers or events. Tickets bought at a One Place Events affiliate retail locations must be exchanged at the same location. If exchanges are allowed, there will be a maximum of one exchange per person, per event.

Some non-participating venues (and artists, teams, etc.) have a "no refunds or exchanges" policy. But if the event is close and you can't make it, we'll do everything we can to help. Contact us!

Account Registration

You may browse the Site without registering for an account. You may be required to register for an account to use certain features of the Site, such as purchasing a ticket, selling a ticket, verifying your identity, claiming a venue, or for any other reason. Your account username may not include the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, or be offensive, vulgar or obscene. Your account username and password are personal to you. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password, and for all activities (including purchases or sales) that are conducted through your account. You may not transfer or sell access to your account. We will not be liable for any harm related to disclosure of your username or password or the use by anyone else of your username or password. You may not use another user's account without that user's permission. You will immediately notify us in writing if you discover any unauthorized use of your account or other account-related security breach. We may require you to change your username and/or password if we believe your account is no longer secure or if we receive a complaint that your username violates someone else's rights. You will have no ownership in your account or your username. We may refuse registration, cancel an account or deny access to the Site for any reason.

Refunds for Canceled Events

We'll contact you and issue a refund automatically, including all fees (except delivery and retail pick-up surcharges). Please return tickets bought at a retail location to the same location.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events

We'll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make it? Refunds are up to the artist, team, venue, or promoter - but we'll do everything we can to help. Contact us!

We do not currently offer insurance for purchases offered through One Place Events. If you have purchased any third-party insurance, please contact the insurance provider accordingly for issues relating to their terms.

Opening Acts / Festival Acts

Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. We are not always made aware of opening acts or the length of their performances. Opening acts, as well as festival performers, are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening act or festival performer is changed or canceled.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

If you lost your Print-at-Home ticket you can print another copy. But if you're worried someone might find and try to use it, please contact us to get a replacement ticket with a brand-new barcode - that way only you can get in.

If the printed ticket you bought online or by phone is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed please contact us. We'll just need your order confirmation number or the credit card used for purchase.

If you bought your lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed ticket at a One Place Events affiliate retail location, please return to the same location.
