Last Sunday of the month come and enjoy the Spring Epicurean Market!

Spring Epicurean Market continues to be the market of choice for Bangkok’s top artisans. On Sunday October 25 Joe Sloane will man the BBQ, Michael Conkey will bring his famed bread and The Accidental Butcher will be there in person for people to discover his real name. More than merely a market, Spring Epicurean is a dynamic ‘town square’ forum for the appreciation of good food.

Shoppers are encouraged to actively question food origins and processes and vendors appreciate the direct interaction and feedback. Education and food
transparency is the goal. 

Spring’s monthly ‘crop’ of approximately 35 stalls offers a carefully curated selection of food and a rare chance to meet the people who actually make it. Fon
and Julian of Polpa salads, Brett from Ceresia Coffee Roasters, Michael Riley of Twist Juices and Paleo Robbie are all there. 

Another prominent local foodie will make a guest appearance this month. Jess Barnes has just closed Opposite Mess Hall but prior to opening his new venture, Daisy Matthews, he’ll be at the October market to support the Courageous Kitchen with his specialty pickles.

This month’s market falls the week before Halloween so there just may be also be pumpkins on Sunday October 25.
