Scalini’s Sparkling Easter Brunch includes top value options of free-flow sparkling wine, Champagne and fresh juices. This Easter Brunch is amazing value with an oyster and lobster bar, freshly carved lamb, live foie gras station, and a fantastic selection of main courses cooked à la minute including Sichuan black peppered pork belly and sautéed black mussels in a white wine sauce.
