Work and home life can sometimes bring unexpected moments of conflict and tension that escalates into a toxic situation. In this workshop we will start to  explore and understand how you experience conflict with others and why. 

Next,  learn tools for getting to the roots causes to resolve conflict more quickly.  You will learn how to take conflict transformation one step further beyond interpersonal communication methods and learn how to create the conditions for conflict to be less threatening and transformed into opportunity.

This workshop is open to men and women who want to develop their own skill sets and leverage their learning into action. No previous experience is needed and all participants are welcome to bring a real-world project that they are working on!
