In this workshop you will learn how to design and facilitate powerful meetings that illuminate a clear innovation path with buy-in from all stakeholders. 

We will explore new techniques and sequences that are effective for you to take back to run your meetings. We will look at a real-world cases and invite you to share your own experiences along the way.

This workshop is open to men and women who want to develop their own skill sets and leverage their learning into action. No previous experience is needed and all participants are welcome to bring a real-world project that they are working on!
