The level of trust an organisation can achieve is contingent upon the employees perceptions of the company’s commitment to ability, honesty, and integrity.

This workshop will use the Liberating Structures framework as a tool for dialogue to demonstrate how to build the kind of organisation that everybody wants. We will discuss and learn how organisations communicate, how this communication affects employees and how to instil a trusting, open dialogue for greater impact.

This alternative approach is both practical and feasible because Liberating Structures are quite simple and easy to learn. They can be used by everyone at every level, from the executive suite to the grassroots. No lengthy training courses or special talents are required. Mastery is simply a matter of practice.

This workshop is open to men and women who want to develop their own skill sets and leverage their learning into action. No previous experience is needed and all participants are welcome to bring a real-world project that they are working on!
