In today’s ever- connected and increasingly complex world we constantly face the daily opportunity to communicate with a diverse array of working styles, cultures,  languages, and communication habits. 

Big questions have arisen on how to not only  effectively  manage those teams, but also fuel team members to bring out the latent innovative capacity and unique opportunity to do things unlike ever before.  During this workshop you will be exposed to series of coaching techniques and methods you can use daily in the office that allow you to better facilitate projects while unlocking understanding and trust on any  team.

This workshop is open to men and women who want to develop their own skill sets and leverage their learning into action. No previous experience is needed and all participants are welcome to bring a real-world project that they are working on!
