Acro Yoga is a fun exercise of the mind, body, and heart. Focus on practice strength, flexibility, and balance with help from partners and friends. This 90 minutes class will have partner stretching, trust games, static poses and transitions, and a bit of time for free play. Come join Kru P to practice and test your limits while connecting with your community. All skill levels are welcome to join. Bring your friends, and meet new friends. We will play, exercise, laugh and face fears, learning to trust ourselves and others.
