Bangkok’s Original Karma Yoga Class – Pay By Donation -The Sunday Rehab with Minh

Let karma be your guide. This class takes place every Sunday at 5 pm, it will bring you back down to earth, work up some gentle heat, followed with a detoxify flow of sequences, some twists to release tension in all those nooks and crannies. Unwind your mind and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed ready for Monday. Class is suitable for Yoga pros, late nighters and early risers.This class is part of our Karma series and is paid through donations. Please feel welcome to join us. Suggested minimum donation is 200 Baht.
