We want as many people doing yoga as possible. We envision a more peaceful world when there is more yoga being practiced in it. We are here to be of service. This class takes place every Sunday at 5 pm, it will bring you back down to earth, work up some gentle heat, followed with a detoxify flow of sequences, some twists to release tension in all those nooks and crannies. Unwind your mind and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed ready for Monday.
