Training Ground welcome's the fittest from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Cambodia and Vietnam. The podium finishers from each division will earn invites to the Asia Champsionship Finals, Asia's premiere competitive fitness event in Seoul, Korea.
