What's Beer Yoga?

Originally from Berlin, Germany in 2015, Beer Yoga is fast becoming a new workout sensation that is booming worldwide.

"BeerYoga is fun but it's no joke," founder and yogi Jhula writes. "We take the philosophies of yoga and pair it with the pleasure of beer-drinking to reach your highest level of consciousness."

Each class incorporates beer drinking into yoga poses. Whether it's balancing the bottle on your head, or taking a few sips while settling into a pose. Yogis get to consume an alcoholic beverage (or two) throughout the course of the session.

4.30 - 5.00 pm : Registration
5.00 - 6.00 pm : OMMO Ride Signature Class or HIIT 
6.00 - 7.00 pm : Beer Yoga Session 1 or Nutrition Workshop Session 1 
7.00 - 8.00 pm : Beer yoga Session 2 or Nutrition Workshop Session 2
8.00 pm + : Networking

Kick off the event with either a OMMO Ride Signature or HIIT class. 

Following that, we will split you into 2 groups. Half of you will proceed to the roof for the 1st Beer Yoga session, while the other half will attend a talk by Stella and Whan. 

The 2 groups will then switch over before the event concludes with a networking session.
