The Aubarra Clarinet Duo, founded in 2012, takes its name from its performers, Jonathan Aubrey and Michael Rex Bacarra, who met while performing with the UAE National Symphony Orchestra. The aim of the duo is to expand the current duet literature through new compositions, arrangements and transcriptions.

They have performed at the 2013 Il Convegno International Clarinet Festival (Manila, Philippines), The University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music (2013 and 2014, Manila, Philippines), Dubai Men's College (2015, UAE), the Sharjah World Music Festival (2015, UAE), the University of Sharjah (2016, UAE), the International Woodwind and Jazz Festival (2016, Manila, Philippines) and at other schools, universities and festivals throughout the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

There will also be a children's performance, "Meet the Clarinets," at 11:30am on July 30, as part of the library's weekly Saturday Story Time.

Saturday Story Time is free for members, and 100 baht per child for non-members.

Tickets for the Aubarra Duo's evening performance cost 500 baht for non-members, 400 baht for members and 300 baht for students.
