Enoteca Italiana

Situated snugly on Sukhumvit Soi 27, Enoteca Italiana is an upscale restaurant that attempts (and succeeds) to capture what I consider to be the true Italy. Enoteca is an Italian word that means wine library or wine receptacle, and you won't be disappointed by all the options here - both for beverages and food!

Things to do in Bangkok 28-30 August 2015

Tourism is down, but spirits are high!  The weekend is full of surprises, although cinemas were light on new releases this week.  Headlining the independent screens is a Japanese anime film titled Attack on Titan (Part 1).  Poorly-rated Absolutely Anything (Simon Pegg) made a silent slide into a few theaters.  With a low Hollywood output this week, some Thai films such as Khon-Oak-Hat and To The Force are also getting decent exposure on the corporate cinema circuit.

Things to do in Bangkok 21-23 August 2015

This weekend is full of great activities in Bangkok.  New films in the cinemas include the sci-fi action/comedy Pixels (Adam Sandler) and Hitman: Agent 47.  On the independent screens, you can also see the Japanese film Our Little Sister (Umimachi Diary or “seaside town diary” in Japanese). We also wish to express our sincerest condolences to the victims of the senseless Erawan Shrine bombing this week.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of those affected.
