Freak Show 2017: Siamese Twins

The historical conjoined twins 'Eng and Chan' were the original Siamese Twins. The infamous twins made their names the world over for their innate conditions, deemed as "freakish".

Taking inspirations from the twins' legacy, Freak Show 2017 opts to delve deeper in perceived abnormalities and differences. "Siamese Twins" exhibition explores what it means to divert from what our society dictates as "norms", and reflects the conflicting natures of the six participating artists.
