Ready, Set Go! features works from 5 renowned artists. The exhibition is an extra space for readymade art objects that should not be appreciated in an instant way. Instances in art works might come along with assorted things that lay over each other so that they have to be separated into layers and considered to the core of each object what they mean and how they act.
Each object/material in each culture might have similar usages that cannot be distinguished, but profound cultural details will differentiate this similarity to a point that different contents can be seen. Same object with same usage might give different perceptual meanings in accordance with different cultures. The works featured in this exhibition are created by bringing forth readymade objects/materials from each culture in South East Asia and presenting them all the way through their contexts in artistic perceptions and learning their cultural contexts through these readymades which seem to be instant.
