Louie Cordero, Filipino artist who has exceptional style of work. The backgrounds of his works show complicated story taking either from media or from Filipino myths and believes as well as the mix of Filipino-American culture, all of which lead to scary feeling but on the contrary they are lively and colorful. 

During his residency in Thailand, Louie plans to visit temples and cultural attractions. He also loves to listen to folk music and northeastern-style songs in order to collect data and search for inspiration. He accumulates those collecting data and creates the paintings within local context which will be another movement in his artworks.
