Heavy Selection and KAPITAL invite you to join “1 Day with KAPITAL in Bangkok / Kiro Hirata X Heavy Selection” to officially launch KAPITAL in Thailand. The event will take place on Friday 26th September 2014 at Siam Paragon.   

Day with KAPITAL in Bangkok / Kiro Hirata X Heavy Selection is an official launch for KAPITAL, inspired by American character fused with traditional Japanese craft to create modern apparel and jeans, which are KAPITAL’s highlights. KAPITAL is a world-renowned Japanese clothing brand. This event is a partnership between KAPITAL and Heavy Selection, its official distributor in Thailand.

The event also includes an exhibition under the theme American Native, consisting of four zones, which are:   

  1. Century Denim Gallery: Showcasing special edition Century Denim,  only available at Kojima
  2. Rare KOUNTRY Items Showcase: Special items by sub-brand KOUNTRY
  3. KAPITAL Bandana Archive: American vintage scarf collection  
  4. Santo Domingo Jacket Custom Order: Latest collection and customized jacket for each individual.

At the event, art pieces by Apichart Thitiwongworasakul (A.T. Apichart), a famous Thai artist. At 5pm, Heavy Selection has invited KAPITAL’s designer Kiro Hirata to talk about the brand’s uniqueness and character of KAPITAL. Guests can also enjoy fabric dyeing workshop and revamping KAPITAL Century Denim. An auction will add fun to the event as guests bid for special items.
