Curious about CrossFit?
Training Ground, Bangkok's largest CrossFit gym, will be holding a foundations program for beginners interested in CrossFit from August 31st-September 25th.
There will be 3 classes weekly (12 classes total), held at 5.30 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with each class designed to get you familiar with specific movements. You can expect to learn proper fundamentals for squatting, dead lifting, Olympic lifting, basic gymnastics, as well as various conditioning exercises.
At the end of the program, you will receive a one time discount on your first membership purchase should you chose to join our regular classes.
