-The workshop will focus on how online video journalism & filmmaking are transforming the media and bringing new possibilities to create compelling and distinctive stories to reach the audience.
-Very practical training where everyday participants will shoot, edit and will end the workshop with their own short documentary.
-Reviewing basics in video journalism & filmmaking but as well experimenting with new ways and styles in online video and online filmmaking.
-Participants will bring their own camera and editing laptop and smart phones.
-Workshop directed for newcomers and professional VJ, photographers, filmmakers, journalist etc.
Requirements:
-All participants will use their own equipment.

-No matter what video camera or software you are using.
-Basic computer literacy and skills
-Basic English (All instruction is delivered in English)

The teachers:
-Alfonso Moral
Alfonso’s contributions have earned him upper echelon distinctions, including more than 30 awards in filmmaking and photography for his work in Asia, Middle East and Africa. He combines photography, documentary, books and exhibitions. He is currently based in Beirut. He has conducted several workshops in Madrid, Barcelona, Beirut, Sevilla, etc.

Raul is one of the most awarded video journalist of his generation. His work with TV3, Associated Press and Channel 4 News UK has led him around the world, between war zones, natural disaster sites and social unrest. He is also considered a pioneer in producing innovative and compelling online news and documentary video content, experimenting with new ways of news storytelling.
